1. Billy Owens

Billy Owens is a basketball legend from Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Standing at 6'8", Owens was a dominant force on the court, leading Carlisle High School to four consecutive state titles. He went on to play college basketball at Syracuse University, where he was an All-American and the 1991 Big East Player of the Year. Owens had a successful NBA career, playing for several teams, including the Golden State Warriors and the Miami Heat.
